Service Agreements

Coco’s House Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services. All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be subject to adjustment upon inspecting the property.

SMS/Text Messaging Communications

By consenting to receive SMS text messages from Coco’s House Cleaning, you agree to the following terms:

  • Program Description: We use text messaging to send appointment reminders, service updates, estimates, and billing information.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your requested services and appointments.

  • Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

  • Opt-Out (STOP): You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (817) 915-2420 or motasocorro05@gmail.com.

  • Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
